“Stranger Things Season 5” is getting closer and the whole world is expecting its arrival. As many people continue to voice their excitement about the upcoming release, many retail stores have also been jubilant. With Stranger Thing Style Dorito Chips sold in store, Stranger Thing Chocolate Chip Cookies, and even a Stranger Thing waffle maker, the show is being watched by all and has gained immense popularity since its first season.Volume 1 is to be released prior to Thanksgiving, Volume 2 will be released on Christmas and the last volume, Volume 3, is expected to be released on New Years’ Eve. The first volume is expected to be released Wednesday, November 26 at 7:00 pm CST. The new trailer was recently dropped and many have voiced their anticipations about what this season may bring to the table.
A Buzzfeed poll reveals predictions from fans, with the first prediction asking, “Will Eleven survive Season 5?” Results from the poll, with over 3,000 votes show a vast majority of 61% saying, “Definitely,” while the other stays at 31%. Some other poll questions showcase silly questions such as, “Is Eddie overrated,”; the winning majority was 74% with a whopping 2,150 votes, “Nah, we love him.”
The official synopsis for Season 5 reads, “Hawkins is scarred by the opening of the Rifts, and our heroes are united by a single goal: find and kill Vecna. With dates coming closer, fans have also been celebrating the release on Tiktok. A new Tiktok trend has started with the Stranger Things soundtrack. Tiktokers dance to “Should I Stay or Should I go?” with Vecna in the background.
As of right now, the first Volume is expected to be released this Wednesday.
